About Us Welcome to our online store! What makes Arrowhead Signs different from other online sign shops, is that they're not really an "online sign shop." They are a family owned small business and they want you to call and speak to them. They run like a franchise, but have that family run mom and pop ethic. The best of both worlds. A small business, with state of the art equipment and muscle to deliver like a national chain. Owner, Dan Ricks, has worked in the sign industry since 1989, starting out as a local franchise sign shop manager, in Phoenix, AZ. During the 10 years Dan managed the sign franchise, he learned a lot about business and customer service and was nationally recognized as a silver level manager of the year. He considered purchasing his store, when the owner (his mentor) was selling it, and was approached about buying one in California, but decided that he would try to give it a go, on his own. & portable pop up retractable banner stand displays. Over the past 20+ years, Dan has learned how to efficiently run a fast sign shop that focuses on producing quality products in a timely manner.

It has since turned into a national internet sign shop where orders are shipped across the country, everyday. Now you can get that local service feel you want, but have your order shipped to you anywhere you are in the United States. Dan's wife, Stephanie, is a key component to their business. She has management experience and people skills that not only benefit Arrowhead Signs, but their clients, as well.
